Job Description

• To visit patients on daily basis to greet them, educate the rights, brief them about hospital facilities, resolve problems, and to discuss medical advance directives.
• To check the emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of the patients.
• Any complaints (minor) shared by the patients/attendees are to be informed to the concerned Head of the department (HOD) immediately.
• Other grievances/suggestions shared by the patients/attendees are taken to the notice of concerned HOD through Guest Relations daily report and their action taken report are obtained.
• To collect feedback forms from ward secretaries, OP coordinators and MHC coordinators on a daily basis.
• Feedback forms (In Patient/Out Patient /Master Health Checkup) after being scrutinized by the Guest Relations Head, the complaints and suggestions are taken to the notice of the concerned department head through patient feedback analysis report on a daily basis.
• Action plan is collected, regarding the complaints/suggestions from the department.
• To feed all the remarks (complaints/suggestions/appreciations) of inpatient and outpatient, MHC feedback forms in the system.
• To receive phone calls from patients rooms and attend to patient grievances.
• To prepare patient satisfaction index on a monthly basis based on IP/OP/MHC feedback forms.
• To send comparative statistical data (month wise) to all departments concerned.
