Job Summary
To be the face of the Cinema, handle guests and queries regarding the cinema experience & Cinema Café with utmost courtesy and efficiency, to handle guest complaints and ensure that it is resolved amicably, to ensure the smooth running of Cinema, supervise all the staff working under him.

Responsibilities and Duties

Café Operations

• Totally responsible for café operation & sales.
• Manage Café operation which includes but is not limited to, staff scheduling, training, inventory, etc.
• Supervises the functions of the employees, facilities, operations, and cost on a day-to-day basis.
• Sets up targets/ goals for the department, makes constant effort to achieve the same.
• Perform openings and closing procedures as necessary.
• Assist with administration duties such as F&B Training, stock taking.

Cinema & Box office

• Oversees the services of cinema from box-office to concessions and ensure the highest standards and quality services at all times.
• Should ensure that all the screens are as per the company standards before the start of each show.
• To monitor and standardize procedures pertaining to box office, frisking, ushering.
• Make rosters on a weekly basis for box office, ushering, concession staff and strictly control manpower costs.
• Ensure briefings for all staff of all the department is conducted daily.
• Responsible to Improvement of Cinema Operations process & Statutory Compliance adherence
• Responsible for training and grooming of all the team members.
• Resolve all guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with administration duties such as Training, Movie scheduling, Patron
• forecasting, 3D glass stock taking.
• Assist with marketing team for the marketing & publicity opportunities.
• Ensure all certificates/licenses/equipment are current and maintained.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Male
• Any Graduate/ Undergraduate in business administration, Hospitality/Hotel Management, or relevant discipline.
• Proficient in computer applications particularly in Microsoft Office is a MUST
• Age: less than 35 years
• Language: Fluency in Tamil & English is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 per month
