Job Description
Responsibilities:
Designing Comprehensive Electrical Layout and SLD for Highrise Buildings/Large Scale Buildings (Residential/Commercial/Public) as per IS codes/NBC and local government regulations. Preparation of Cost Estimation including Specification and Quantity take-off for the Electrical items in building as per PWD SOR and current market standards. Project management consultancy by assisting the Contractor in executing the Electrical works at site. Design Detailing of the Electrical Works and Clash detection with other services in the building. A candidate with BIM knowledge would be given an extra preference.
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical design for highrise buildings/large scale buildings at a consultant's office.
Skills Expected:
Designing SLD and routing layout for Electrical services in highrise buildings. Software skills like CAD Drafting (Autocad or Equivalent) and BIM (Revit or Equivalent) is necessary. Excel knowledge for Cost Estimation would be an added advantage.
