ROLE – ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION DESIGN ENGINEER – MEP & HVAC PROJECTS

SOFTWARE SKILLS – AutoCAD, Micro Station & AVEVA

JOB LOCATION – NAVI MUMBAI, CBD BELAPUR

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE – BE(INSTRUMENTATION) 6-8 YEARS

CTC: BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE & PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Experience in HVAC Systems, Actuator, BTU, VFD, Sensors, PLC Panels, BMS, electric dampers & other instrumentation control systems.

2) Study and review of P&ID, Process flow diagram (PFD) with respect to the Instrument types and process description

3) Preparation MTO, DCI for electrical & Instrumentation control equipment & other items.

4) To ensure delivery of goods in stipulated time as per schedule of client.

5) Responsible for Material Planning, execution & commissioning of project.

6) Coordinates with site technical team for material & installation inspection.

7) Maintained all reports signed off by clients & consultants for records.

8) Meeting, scheduling and communications plan regarding the project among for project delivery team, client, and management.

9) Responsible for preparing project status reports. Reporting regarding operations, site changes & make detailed report of site works etc.

10) Responsible for providing technical support to management for local & global projects - evaluate the scope of work, appoint contractor, participate in techno-commercial negotiations, cost & feasibility analysis etc.

11) Preparation of QUALITY approval Plan and Procedures for various instruments.

12) Should lead the team of technician at site for installation of electrical & instrumentation system

13) Should have knowledge of various test to be carried out for electrical & instruments and to review the reports.

14) Should be able to do commissioning of instrumentation system with related software and automation aid at various site location.

15) Ensure that all the work is carried out according to safe working procedures, safety permits, and regulations.

16) Perform as a team member or independently to trouble-shoot, diagnose, and propose and implement electrical power and control equipment process control component repair solutions.

17) Take ownership for the site electrical standards and ensure that they meet legal, corporate and local electrical requirement including safety standards.

18) Working collaboratively with the maintenance manager, ensure that personnel are aware, trained and perform work according to any relevant legislation, and according to standard procedures and risk assessments which are complete and adequate.

19) Support the Maintenance Manager in leadership and management of the Electrical& Instrument Technicians to encourage and control an effective and disciplined workforce through energetic and driven leadership.

20) Support the Maintenance Manager for control and setting of the site Electrical &Instrumentation maintenance budget, and provide appropriate management of expenditure whilst ensuring all key preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed to schedule.

21) Provide Leadership to drive continuous improvement and improve equipment reliability (including the areas of maintenance performance, plant reliability, and safety, health and environmental performance).

22) Take responsibility for Communication and interaction with the Engineering and Technical Manager on all new projects to ensure they are compliant with site and global standards and the requirements of plant maintenance schedules.

23) Support ongoing Assessment and approval of Electrical contractor companies, including auditing performance and managing site activities
