Job Description
Design Electrical Distribution System for process plants.
Prepare specification for Electrical Distribution Transformers, MV and LV Switchgear, Motors, Distribution boards.
Calculations MV and LV Cable sizing, grounding, short circuit calculations, Lighting Calculations, Cable Tray Sizing etc.
Design Electrical Detailed deliverables for process plants Single line drawings, Electrical Equipment layout, Cable Tray layout, Grounding Layout, Lighting Layout, Protection scheme,
Control Panel design.
Prepare Bill of Materials for the project Prepare Best Value Option Analysis, Vendor drawings review, Technical Bid analysis.
Experienced in International Standards - NEC, IS and IEC.
Developing schematic drawings for DOL, VFD, Star-Delta, soft starters, Panel GA.
Lighting Lux Level calculation using DiaLux software.
Lightning protection, Earthing, SCCR design calculations.
Enquiry documents of electrical equipment and panels.
MCC load study, Preparation of BOQ, LEED and CEIG documents.
Preparation of Engineering Information / Bid Packages.
Experience in Review of detail engineering drawings / documents, vendor drawings, resolving technical issues.
Software Knowledge Dialux, ETAP/SKM.
