We are looking for proactive engineering managers with many years’ engineering experience and proven leadership skills. Engineering managers are expected to work on many projects at the same time, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers.
Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to engineers
- Gauge progress of various projects
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Collaborate with the various team to create new products
- Propose budgets for various projects
- Create reports to give updates on projects
- Attend trade shows and conferences
- Train new employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in engineering
- Great analytical and math skills
- Incredible problem solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate with many other teams
- Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product
- Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers
- Ability to give constructive criticism
- Ability to make decisions quickly
- Minimum 4 to 5 exp in working with Java/Spring/Micro services related technology .
- Around 8 to 15 yrs of total exp working on delivery /Development /Team management etc

- Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes
- Strategic thinking
- Leadership, teambuilding, and mentoring skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

- Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders
- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
- Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus
