Job Description
· Understanding of site documents(P&ID, Hardware loop drawings, Cabling Data, Software Function plans etc.) , Analysis of RFQ documents.
· Basic Engineering for HW, SW and HMI which include preparation of IO Database, Channel assignment etc.
· Detail Hardware engineering (Design of panel , Wiring connection diagrams) in AutoCAD, COMOS, TEc4fde, Visio etc.
· Detail Software Engineering (Design and develop logics/Interlocks for DCS controlled Drives, Controllers etc.)
· Detail HMI Engineering (Design Plant Displays, Trends, Reports etc.)
· Factory Acceptance Test of developed HW, SW logics and HMI displays.
· Installation and Commissioning, Support during trail run of the plant.
