Job Description
Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions, a leading Manufacturing Company into Dairy Engineering, which has been taken over by a German Company, looking for Sr. Executive Projects
Responsibilities:
• Engineering of process plants for the desired functionality, hygiene and safety. experience in equipment installation and plant maintenance
• Manage customer expectations by understanding needs, provide solutions balancing value and cost.
• Design preliminary engineering and detailed engineering.
• Prepare layouts, technical description, value calculations, cost calculations and quotations
• Travel to our customer´s location to supervise on Processing installations to ensure high quality and assembly accuracy as well as deadline and budget compliance
• Follow up on Food industry normativity, quality, security and ensure appropriate welding has been done.
• Installation validation with customers and follow up
• Constant follow up and decision making in regards to the installation process
• Follow up with vendors and vendor management
• Equipment inventory and material control
• Collaborate with mechanical design, process, electrical and automation engineering staff to accuracy and safety installation.
• Take prompt action to solve installation problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
• Report all technical and quality issues .
• Security monitoring and Health and Safety documentation onsite to ensure a secure work environment
• Collecting all lessons-learned and documentation for future projects
• Onsite supervision and coordination of assembly equipment on shop
Qualifications:
B-Tech Mechanical
Exp : 3 to 5 years from Beverages, Food, Dairy or pharmaceutical.
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Ability to have technical discussions regarding Electrical and mechanical installations
• Knowledge of Food industry and security regulations
Salary : Negotiable
