Job Description

Requirement:

· Experience into MIS preparation in good company

· Candidate with sales background is preferable

· Should be good in communication and have knowledge of advance excel.

· Should have basic tally knowledge.

· Preferable if the candidate have knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Field Assist Application (SFA)

Job Description:

· Extracting data from Salesforce automation (Field Assist) into excel and analyzing the data.

· Integrate the report derived from excel data with Power Bi for better visualization of reports.

· Good command on follow ups & Coordination.

· Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data

· Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct business problems

· Using advance Excel formulas in day to day work.

· Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.

· Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

· Identify lags in performance of salesman (field staff) Pan India, Analyzing product related reports for general trade and modern trade and presenting it to management in precise report.

· Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

· Managing master data, including creation, updates and deletion of product & users (GT&MT)

· Manage users and user role.

· Generating reports from Software and Accessing the pain areas.

· To produce and track KPI of user with help of software

· Monitor and audit the data quality & cleaning of data in field assist from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
