Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of back office tasks.
• Maintain and update records in Tally, ensuring accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
• Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and managing filing systems.
• Support the management team with administrative tasks and correspondence.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.

Key Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates preferred.
• Education: Graduates from any stream.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with hands-on experience in Tally.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English communication.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
