Job Summary:

Evertiz Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. This position is open to female candidates who are passionate about sales and customer service. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Address customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Share best practices and industry insights with the team.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role is preferred but not required. Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
