Job Description
1) Plan & manage Import and Export of shipments
2) Responsible for Export and Import documentation, Letter of Credit documentation,
3) Coordination with CHA, Shipping Company, Logistics, Custom and Dock, DGFT and other departments related to Imports & Exports
4) Correspondence with Overseas vendors, Coordination with extended teams in other countries, Reporting etc
5) Preparing pre-shipment Export documents
6) Coordinating and follow up with CHA
7) Preparing post shipment documents for closing with Bank / EDPMS.
8) Preparing and processing DGFT documentation for Advance, EPCG License.
9) Vessel Planning.
10) Organize booking from the Shipping line and freight forwarder.
11) Freight negotiation.
12) Any other job in relation to the profile
