Role: Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer
Experience:
Minimum 6 month to 1 years of experience Construction Site Execution for the Site Engineers
Project Type: High-rise Residential Projects and Affordable Housing Projects
Education background: Diploma/ B.E or/ B.Tech Civil Engineering
Skills: Excellent communication skills, thorough knowledge on Construction, Costing, Project Expenses. Must be proficient in English speaking and MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Site Execution and Management
- Vendor Management
- Quantity Surveying and Costing
- Invoices checking and reconciliation
- Government Approvals & liasoning Management
- Daily, Weekly or Periodic Reporting to the Head Office
- Market and Nearby Projects Survey
