- 10th pass, 12th pass, B.Com , M.Com, Graduate , Post Graduate & MBA Experience Open for all.
Tasks
- Identify Potential of Financial Consultant (Insurance Agent) based on business plan & recruit them accordingly.
- Train & Motivate FCs to provide a better understanding of products.
- Monitor and review FC s performance.
- Help them to achieve maximum business.
- Meet customers on a regular basis for achieving standards.
- Set targets for FCs, review performance & consistently raise them.
Criteria
- Age limit - 24 to 40 years
- Full time Graduation in any stream with 50% marks required.
