Primary Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including leads provided by the company, referrals, and personal networking.
2. Develop in-depth knowledge of our real estate projects, including property details, pricing, location, and unique selling points to effectively communicate and showcase them to clients.
3. Conduct property presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our properties. Answer client questions and concerns effectively.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and communication. Understand their preferences and tailor property recommendations accordingly.
5. Work to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
6. Stay updated on the real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Provide insights to the team and management.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience in sales up to 4 years, preferably in the real estate industry. Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are also encouraged to apply.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
4. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to actively listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions.
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and provide clear and persuasive presentations.
6. Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
7. Presentable and professional appearance to create a positive first impression with clients.
