Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the Payroll processing including reimbursements- Medical & LTA .
PF, ESI, PT, LWF Statutory form filing and online registrations & challan submission Dong TDS deduction monthly & Preparation of Form 16 and filing of quarterly eTDS return
Managing the entire process of Final Settlement issues , exit interviews , etc
JV Preparation.
Getting labour licenses under CLRA act
Handling & training team of new joinees.
Handling employee grievances & queries.
Validation of employee investment proof at year end time.
Preparing Customized MIS Data in excel as per various cost centre or departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Employee & Client satisfaction with quality delivery
- Employee query solution with in the TAT period.
