Roles and Responsibilities

Greetings from GRM Technologies!!!
The associate will be responsible for all accounting & finance related tasks at the office.
He/she will collaborate and work alongside our existing employees in completing the assigned tasks.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage end to end Books of Accounts including preparation of Invoices, Purchase order, monthly financial statements and MIS reports
• Provide strategic support to program teams in preparing and managing annual budgets wit adequate controls, effective monitoring, and reporting
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions
• Manage Monthly GST Filling, TDS Filling, PF Filling.
• Manage year-end Statutory audit, Income tax Filing and periodic statutory & legal compliances
• Manage cash flow management and liaising with Banks & Financial Institutions
• Establish / improve SOPs, Finance policies, and systems to facilitate compliance and effective management of finance function

Education Qualification / Experience:

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience
• Graduate in B. Com / B.CS or any equivalent accounting degree
• Professional qualification (CA / ICWA, CMA) would be an advantage
• Hands-on experience in Tally, QuickBooks / Zoho Books or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Good working knowledge in MS office packages including Excel
Resourceful, responsible, and self-starting

Ability to manage data efficiently
