Job Description:

Professor Academy is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role is crucial for maintaining the economic health of the organization and ensuring that we meet our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's goals.

Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and projections.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

Budget Management:

Oversee the preparation and management of budgets.

Monitor and control expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

Cash Flow Management:

Manage cash flow, including forecasting cash requirements and optimizing cash reserves.

Ensure the availability of funds for operational needs and investment opportunities.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Ensure adequate insurance coverage and compliance with financial regulations.

Investment Management:

Oversee investment activities and develop strategies to maximize returns.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of investments.

Compliance and Auditing:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.

Financial Systems and Processes:

Develop and implement efficient financial systems, processes, and controls.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate financial performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
