· Superintendence, Supervision, and Management of the F&B department of
the hotel.
· Control and maintenance of flatware, glassware, cutlery, hollowware.
· General upkeep of the F&B Department and all F&B outlets.
· Manning of the F & B department.
· Disciplinary control over staff.
· Planning for food festivals, promotions or any other such activity held in the F&B department
· Portion controlling and checking of food quality.
· Maintaining and coordinating of all documentation related to the F&B department.
· Liaising with the concerned departments in the hotel and coordinating with vendors or any such agency which may be connected or collaborated with the hotel.
· Planning and Budgetary controls of the F & B department.
· Direct supervision of overall F&B outlets and total control over service and production quality.
· Initiate Technical training as per schedule every month.
· Co - ordination with HR for continuous training for the department.
Remain present as and when required as per the need of the department
