Job Description

Responsibilities Collaborate with food production staff for quality, safety, labelling, production, handling, and distribution of food products Ensure that food-processing areas comply with government regulations and meet standards for sanitation and waste management Support new product development and/or processes based on consumer feedback Research products, markets, and technology to improve existing brand/product offering. Ensure quality and safety of food products, finding substitutes for harmful ingredients Develop specifications for product production labelling Compile cost analysis information. Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth start-up for new product production processes Create product prototypes through experimentation Conduct follow-up tests on food samples Evaluate products characteristics and shelf life Conceptualise mass production processes for food products using current facilities and equipment.Requirements and skills M.Sc Food Technology / equivalent degree with 3- 5 years of work experience Good sensory skills Knowledge of the statutory requirements and government regulations in food manufacturingJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR15,000.00 - INR30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
