Designation: Admin & Operation manager
Location: Chennai

Job description for Admin and Operation Manager

  1. Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organizations internal capacity.
  2. Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  3. Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives
  4. Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices
  5. Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
  6. Negotiating with vendors
  7. Managing corporate stock rooms and/or libraries
  8. Managing videoconferencing, fax communications and office equipment
  9. Reviewing incoming documents.

Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Experience:

  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)
  • operation: 3 years (Preferred)
