Job Description
We are looking for a Content Creator who could shoot, direct and edit video content to meet companies' requirements. The applicant will be a part of our marketing team and would be responsible to bring the team’s ideas to life. The creative assets will be used across a wide range of digital media.
The applicant is in an Individual Contributor role, reporting to the Team Lead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Serve as the primary videographer and photographer for the creation of all marketing content, including but not limited to promotional videos, advertising campaigns, new business and digital media requirements
• Plan the video calendar for the upcoming month in advance
• Collaborate closely with the content team, grasp written or spoken ideas and convert them into compelling videos
• Planning, executing and acquiring the footage for post-production, when there are requirements for multiple camera operators
• Create short-form video content (e.g. teaser videos, social media video ads, etc.) as well as long-form video content
• Use various media including graphics, animations, data visualization, music and voiceovers to create content
CORE COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE :
• Has completed any filmmaking, cinematography, video production or VFX courses
• Previous experience in videography - all applications are to be submitted with your portfolio
• Previous experience in video production - shooting, editing and creating content from stock videos
• Ability to operate a video camera, microphone, lighting and other equipment
• 2D/3D animation experience will be preferred, but not required
• Strong experience in using video content platforms such as Youtube, Vimeo, etc. is an advantage
