● Prepare check list for Housekeeping for office maintenance
● Procure all stationaries and IT accessories for limited cost
● Allocated laptops , desktop other computer accessories for new joiners
● Arrange necessary persons for delivery the documents to the concern persons
● Arrange space allocations for all internal staffs
● Coordinate with all vendors and AMC people
● Managing scheduling and appointments
● Arranging meetings and other events
● Managing mail/fax communications
● Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
