No of positions: 3

Working hours : Rotational Shifts(6 working days)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Co-ordinating with vendors, service providers and internal support staff to ensure smooth operation of the below:

Biometric Access control

Power/UPS/Generator/A/C

Catering Services

Coffee Vending Machine

Facility maintenance

Office boys operation

Security staff etc.

2. Transportation co-ordination.

GPS tracking

Trip co-ordination with the drivers

ESCORT services

Documenting cab drivers documents etc.

Reporting

3. Responsible for inventory/ordering/maintenance of office supplies.

4. Good written & verbal communication skills.
