1. Responsible for Front office operations
2. Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
3. Monitoring housekeeping /pantry staff to ensure all office areas are sanitized/clean.
4. Responsible for incoming & outgoing courier.
5. Travel Desk Activities / Hotel bookings.
6. Should have knowledge in Labour documentation.
7. Should have sound knowledge in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, ppt, etc)
