    1.Must be proficient in PHP MySQL, Codeigniter, WordPress, Laravel.
    2.Experience with front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, Javascript & JQuery, Angular JS is an added advantage.
    3.Should understand object-oriented development.-
    4.Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team.
    5.Should have hands-on experience of live projects.
    6.Must have dedication and commitment towards tasks allotted.
    7.Adaptable and able to pick up new techniques, Good analytical and debugging skills.
    8.Candidate will work closely with the team to ensure that all the processes are streamlined.
    9.The Web Developer will need to effectively collaborate, influence, and work across functional hats to solve complex problems and build world-class websites.
    10.Should have good command over English written and Verbal communication.
Job responsibility:
    1.Understanding client’s requirement & functional specifications.
    2.Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications.
    3.Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments.
    4.Candidate is responsible for guiding the other team members during the project execution and Providing information and/or recommendations based on technical knowledge.
    5.Candidate is responsible for achieving the project deadlines with a high level of quality & commitment
    6.Delivering projects on-time as per specifications with an appropriate level of quality.
    7.Ensuring full proof performance of the deliverable.
    8.Sending & reporting regular updates about project status.
    9.Work on simultaneous projects in a day.
    10.Provide training to the new entrants: Developer, Trainee, Interns, if required.
    11.Ability to manage a complex range of tasks and meet deadlines.
