Job Purpose

Be a part of the training team in a fast-growing EdTech Startup. You are expected to be a subject matter expert in our SAAS products and services. You will support and administer training and webinars for internal employees and external stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you will help the training manager assess training needs and feedback to monitor training effectiveness. You have excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

The Opportunity

As a Training Officer, you will be working with a diverse set of customers who subscribed to the Adventus.io platform to manage student recruitment. Your role is to support a vertical and internal, and external customers' post-sale relationship by becoming a technical expert in our products, internal processes, and customers' needs and provide exceptional customer service to support and resolve any issues that they experience.

Training Officer Job responsibilities

• Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training needs analysis and prioritize training. Be instrumental in building a pilot function.
• Execute planned training sessions on Zoom and ensure post-webinar reporting.
• Create training content based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.
• Ensure that the content and context of all materials remain current and relevant for business needs.
• Plan rollout of training, including timelines, target audience and location.
• Conduct training programs for various audience groups as and when required.
• Execute rollout of training interventions, including timelines, target audience and location.
• Arrange training logistics with support from all the internal stakeholders
• Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.

Skills that we are looking for (Mandatory skills)

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills (English) along with a neutral accent.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Has worked in training or L and D function for 3 years and spent at least 2 years training both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• To be able to work remotely with little or no management
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects across various verticals in the organization
• Confident in Office tools like Microsoft office and Google Suite.
• Should be able to travel on business as and when required.

Skills that add an advantage

• Knowledge of other languages like French and Spanish will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Salesforce and other CRM and LMS is an advantage
• Experience in hosting zoom meetings and Webinars would be an advantage.
