Job Description

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering/ B.E. Chemical Engineering/Diploma Mechanical

Experience: 2+ years (Preferably from lubricants, adhesives, sealants and other engineering consumables background)

Location: New Delhi- NCR region

Job Description:

· Job role involves developing deep understanding of Engineering Adhesives and Sealant technology

· Role involves travelling on regular basis within the assigned territory.

· Critical job functions include meeting prospective clients on daily basis, networking with the clients, understanding their technical needs, evaluation, product recommendation,

demonstrations, trials, testing and converting the opportunity into business.

· Develop strong business relationship with key decision makers and influencers at large

manufacturing companies.

· Striving to continually develop healthy project pipeline to propel the business growth.

· Strong analytical mindset to understand and elaborate data points.

· Timely submissions of sales reports. Prospective candidate must respect and adhere to deadlines.

Deliverable:

· Deliver ambitious sales growth year on year

· Business growth in assigned focus markets

· Specification and product approval with Institutions and OEMs

Key Attributes of Candidate:

· Candidate should be good in communication to internal and external stake holders.

· Excellent team players and should demonstrate collaborative mind set.

· High on ethics, integrity and prioritize safe work environment

· Demonstrate sense of urgency to deliver top class results

Working Days:

· Monday to Friday
