Job Description

The Quality Assurance Analyst will provide oversight and maintenance of ServiceNow automated testing, create/configure/update automated tests, write manual test cases, and perform quality assurance reviews of work coming through the development pipeline.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Creates test plans and test cases incorporating both positive and negative testing.
• Performs edge case analysis.
• Uses both manual and automated testing methods.
• Create repeatable ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework functionality to increase testing efficiency.
• Works collaboratively with Business Analysts and Developers
• Supports all deployed capabilities (ITSM, HR, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, etc)
• Participates in agile ceremonies related to the software delivery lifecycle.
• Assist in semi-annual platform upgrades and quarterly patching
  

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience on the ServiceNow Platform
• Familiarity with working in an Agile environment
• Experience with Automated Testing Framework in ServiceNow
• Working proficiency with Javascript, AngularJS, and HTML preferred
• Experience working with ITSM and/or HR Service Delivery in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certification preferred
• Experience with other testing tools such as Selenium or Jenkins preferred.
