Job Description
- Someone who has the demonstrated experience to work systematically with complex business processes and align them with strategic direction
- A solid grasp of human-centered design (HCD), conducting user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns
- Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients
- Work collaboratively and closely with a small team of other designers (research, digital, business, etc.) to create great project outcomes
- Scope, plan, and lead UX activities from initial requirements to concept, interaction design and development
- Create user journeys, detailed concepts, wireframes and click through prototypes with a keen eye for detail
- Be involved in projects from start to finish setting the direction and identifying and solving problems
- Participate in shaping and growing our UX practice
- Passion about all things UX design and other areas of design and innovation
