Job Description
Job Responsibilities: -● Testing, diagnosing and repairing issues with computer hardware, systems and peripherals, printers, copiers, and other printing equipment.
● Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on computers, laptops, and other electronic devices.
● Replacing or repairing faulty hardware components, such as motherboards, hard drives, and memory, toner cartridges, print heads, and paper feeders.
● Cleaning and maintaining computer hardware to ensure proper functioning.
● Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of printers and other printing equipment.
● Maintaining accurate records of repairs, inventory, and service orders.
● Monitoring the performance of existing hardware systems and making recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
