As a senior ranked strategy consulting professional, you should be able to:
Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, portfolio optimization and operational modeling.
Collect, analyse, and translate large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into realistic plans, goals, and actionables.
Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction.
Identify the multitude of endgame scenarios for long-term client development, and reverse-engineer those to evaluate the tools and resources necessary to achieve the optimal long-term objectives
Understand and be able to recommend how digital transformation may affect the client's strategic development
Do non-linear analysis of the client's needs, understand their visions and motivational drivers, proactively create and amend scope of services to be agreed with the client based on the above, understand how other service lines work and how their capabilities can be tapped to address the clients needs and ensure maximum value for the client.
To qualify for the role you must have:
At minimum, a bachelor's degree from a top ranking school with outstanding academic performance
Professional services and/or consulting engagement delivery experience with at least 5 years of related work experience
Experience with managing complex business projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams
Strong people and leadership skills
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Excellent knowledge of English, Ukrainian and Russian
Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
Ideally, you'll also have:
Masters from a top tier business school, MBA degree will be considered as a strong asset
Prior experience in a (strategy) advisory company and/or in a corporate strategy department
Strong selling and business development skills and corresponding business relationships network
Excellent problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills and within a virtual working environment.
Ability to manage complex business projects independently, providing deliverables turnkey and managing all necessary project administration duties.
Ability and readiness to mentor and coach junior team members both in and out of project scope on a daily basis.
