The Human Resources team is looking for a senior-level Human Resources professional to join our ranks.

Job Duties

  • Provides advice, guidance, and consultative services to the HR team members
  • Together with the local leadership, identify training needs and develop, implement, and deliver training programs with effectiveness measures that support work force diversity efforts and attract, retain and develop talent.
  • Work towards developing Organizational culture
  • Conceive & Drive Organizational development by way of new HR initiatives & Interventions.
  • Work & Coordinate along with global counterparts with all respective supports related to Human Resource function.
  • Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management
  • Partner with Human Resources team to enhance the organization’s human resources offerings by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices
  • Manage electronic employee files with discretion and confidentiality to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data integrity
  • Assist with immigration and visa process management as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 14+ years of work experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of HR
  • Collaborative approach across the organization to maximize outcomes
  • Must be willing to work a Pacific Time Zone schedule
  • Comfortable working in a remote first environment with a globally distributed team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills with ability to multitask.
  • Strong data and analytics skills using Excel and google docs, etc.
  • Ability to navigate across different HR tools platforms.
