Working Days: 6 Days

Salary: As per the norms.

Experience: 10+ Years

Work Timing: 9 AM to 5.30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Head to oversee and deliver large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, business accruement and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Required skills:

·         Minimum 10+years of Strong experienced in End-to-end HR Business Partner responsibilities across the employee life-cycle with accountability of strategy planning, manpower planning, recruitment/talent acquisition, budgeting, L&D, R&R, compliances and stakeholder management.

·         Must have experience in corporate culture and company culture development

·         Must have strong experience in all the recently used ATS and Job boards.

·         Strengthened and scaled up the HR function and ensured alignment with the stakeholder needs and organizational guidelines.
Developed visibility for the HR function internally by securing buy-ins from the business leaders critical for driving the HR agenda.

·         Strong experience in Problem Solving ability, Conflict management, PMP, LMS

·         Strong knowledge in digital platform & recent AI tools

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

·         Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and schedules.

·         Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

·         Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

·         Identify and mitigate project risks.

Leadership:

·         Supervise and mentor project team members.

·         Foster collaboration and communication among team members.

·         Develop and implement project management best practices.

Financial Management:

·         Manage project budget and resource allocation.

·         Monitor and control project expenses.

·         Ensure cost-effectiveness.

Quality Assurance:

·         Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

·         Implement quality control processes.

·         Conduct project reviews and assessments.

Risk Management:

·         Identify and assess project risks.

·         Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

·         Monitor and report on risk status.

Requirements:

·         Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

·         10+ years of project management experience.

·         Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

·         Strong experience in job portal & corporate client handled & global clients for staffing.
Have experienced handling Hr recruitment process able to convince client & delivery HR requirement of the organisations

·         Experienced in maintaining database proper track records of client database

·         Should have work on targets

·         Each to handle all the social media platforms & should have good networking skills and

·         Complete knowledge on HR policy, statutory compliance a& other key components of HR.
