You will report directly to the Founder Directors and will have full operational responsibility for various functions like Procurement, Warehouse, Supply and Facility Management. This is an important leadership role in the company and the individual will be part of the management decision making team.This is very highly challenging job and you must possess patience, ability to get along with the decision makers, must be down to earth person. MBA, with 7 10 years of experience in operations or general management in agriculture, FMCG, Food, Beverages or F&V products experience is preferred. Experienced in handling a facility unit and leading teams of at least 20 people. Experience in a products company, where the candidate has managed movement of goods out of a central location, to locations across the country. Hands-On Operational Efficiency with ability to set and follow process Capacity Planning, Demand Management, order processing, inventory management & optimization, Logistics, warehousing & Distribution Building relationship with external agencies .
