1. This role is based at INDORE, MADHYA PRADESH.
2. Minimum 5+ years of HR Experience in a fast-paced, high growth technology company
3. Provide and formulate HR strategies and operational plans aligned to business requirements for acquiring, retaining, motivating, developing and managing the employee relationships.
4. Supporting line functions on various people issues with proper advice and guidance.(Empha on culture building, value demonstration, ethical practices & people orientation)
5. Performance Management - Setting of KRAs for all functions and ensuring timely performance reviews and performance feedback, increments on yearly basis for the staff.
6. Should have a strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
7. Pro seasoned to understand the business challenges and advise and collaborate with the business to add value
8. Great at People analytics and people Partnership & engagements.
9. Demonstrates strong HR functional knowledge and champions change management projects
10. Drive a strong & robust Performance Management process with adherence to key KPI and capability development
11. Had handled employee lifecycle events and experiences
12. Understands & facilitates Talent reviews for businesses and prepares succession plans for critical roles.
13. Demonstrates ability to coach leaders and managers on People related decisions & actively participates in long term talent planning and development.
