A Dynamic HR professional with minimum 3 years of experience in IT software companies.
Roles and Responsiblity :
1) Setup up complete HR process for Employees from onboarding, attendence to Employee Exit
2) Talent managment of team by implementing process to groom, build and evaluate performance of employees based on set KPI's
3) Conduct rewards and recognition programs for employees on regular basis
4) Conduct Employee satisfication feedback on regular basis
5) Ability to identify new candidates for the given job requirement
