Job Description:

Bigwigs Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with over 2 years of experience in managing payroll and recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling HR operations including employee attendance, managing leave requests, monitoring attrition rates, and ensuring targets are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and onboarding.

Monitor and maintain attendance records and handle employee leave management.

Track and manage employee attrition, implementing strategies to retain talent.

Set and manage targets for HR operations and ensure their completion.

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

Assist in employee engagement and performance evaluation processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management and hiring.

Strong knowledge of HR software and MS Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
