Job Description
Designation: HR Executive
Industry: Trading firm.
Work Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
Qualification: Any Degree
Salary: 20K to 25K per month.
Experience: 3 – 5 Years.
Description:
· To Handle Around 50 Peoples.
· Having control over all branches.
· Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members
· Provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed
· Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialized, and expert positions
· Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
Roles and responsibilities:
· Looking after Payroll, ESI, PF,
· Event Management,
· Conducting Training, AGM, Interacting with Department Heads, Recruitment.
