Conversant on IT technologies / technical matters and good experience in IT recruitment.
Sourcing candidates from job portals, social networking sites, references.
Screen the candidates as per the company requirements.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates by the internal supervisor / client manager.
Connect with the candidate to ensure that scheduled meetings happen on time and if there is a delay keep all the concerned parties informed.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database, End to End Recruitment Cycle, Vendor Management.
Strong Negotiating Skills, Aggressive candidate with good verbal and written communication skills.
