Job Description

• Managing and maintaining Human Resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

• Processing monthly payroll and exit formalities.

• Plan and perform team engagement activities.

• Managing/Consolidating Reports from various teams members as required for projects in progress.

• Client communication on various development projects.

• Documentation tasks as required to support the projects.

• Helping with marketing activities, posting on websites and finding information on websites/internet.

• Preparing Expense reports (Excel), Salary reports.

• Nurture a positive working environment.

• 5 Days Working on regular days. When hiring you will be required to come on Saturday.

  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have excellent English speaking and writing. If you are weak, please do not apply.

• Must be self starter and proactive in performing tasks. If you are not, please do not apply.

• Preference for Female candidates.

• Local candidates from Delhi only. Office location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitam Pura

• Must be very strong in making calls and follow ups with candidates and employees.

• Must have good skill in using computers, Internet searches, letter drafting, Microsoft Word & Excel (with basic formulas).

• Must be able to support marketing activities (online only) and promote positive image for the company.

• Must be a good organizer of things, tasks and papers.

• 6 months of experience required, 1+ years preferred.

• You may be required to work from home during pandemic. Only candidates who are able to effectively work from home should apply.
