Our mission is to enable the business, and leverage human resources to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards. The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

As a Human Resources Intern, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Understand KLA business environment and the role of Human resource function
• Work on one or more projects independently or collaboratively within a specified duration. Keen to multitask and learn new process
• Bring fresh perspective w.r.t to market intelligence in the scope of work
• Closely collaborate will all stakeholders and offer to be measured on basis on output, efficiency and time
  

Preferred Qualification/Background

• Master’s degree specializing in Human Resources
• Good theoretical understanding of Human Resources planning and development, HR Information systems, Compensation and Rewards, Employee Benefits etc.,
• Astute in processes, ability to think at a macro level and be Self-driven
• Should be excellent in business communication, interpersonal skills, stakeholder and time management
• Proficient in MS tools such a Excel and Powerpoint
• A prior experience in full cycle HR project is desired
• Scope of HR Intern project or set of tasks would be in areas of HR Generalist or HR Talent Acquisition based on the candidature.
  

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s in Human Resource Management with above 65% marks in all semesters
