Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Source and attract candidates through various channels.

Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
·
Oversee onboarding procedures for new employees.
·
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
·
Foster a positive work environment and employee relations.
·
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
·
Mediate and resolve disputes between employees.
·
Identify training needs within the organization.
·
Develop and implement training programs.
·
Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees.
·
Encourage a culture of continuous learning.
·
Establish and manage performance appraisal systems.
·
Provide feedback and guidance to employees
and managers.
· Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:

programs.
