DLCO Infra Projects Pvt Ltd, a leading construction and infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management:
Oversee job descriptions (JDs) and manage postings on job portals.
Lead the recruitment process, including screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
Manage hiring and appointments for both onsite and campus recruitments.
Provide detailed recruitment reports to the management.
Onboarding & Confirmation:
Supervise onboarding, orientation, and job confirmation procedures for new hires.
Ensure compliance with joining protocols and background verification (BGV).
Attendance & Remote Systems Management:
Manage biometric and mobile attendance systems across multiple sites.
Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, permissions, and enforce penalties.
Activate and oversee ERP HRMS e-logins for employees and manage site-specific attendance reports.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
Lead payroll management, prepare paysheets, and ensure timely payslip distribution.
Coordinate with consultants to manage statutory compliance including LWF, PF, Professional Tax, and more.
Prepare and submit monthly HR budgets and reports to the management.
Liaise with the corporate office and local authorities for labor office compliance and documentation.
Exit & Settlement Procedures:
Oversee employee exit formalities, including no-dues clearances and asset handovers.
Ensure the accurate and timely settlement of employee dues including bonuses, ESD, PF, ex-gratia, and reimbursements.
Disciplinary Actions:
Administer disciplinary actions as needed, including issuing warnings, memos, and terminations.
Employee Relations & Welfare:
Organize employee welfare programs, including birthday celebrations and leave administration.
Develop and implement retention plans and support employee relations through medical, marriage, and humanitarian assistance programs.
Accommodation & Transportation:
Coordinate the allocation of employee accommodation and transportation facilities.
Documentation:
Manage the end-to-end documentation process for employee records, from onboarding to separation, in HRMS software.
Prepare strong legal and supporting documentation for efficient HR database management.
Oversee documentation related to contracts, work orders, vendor management, and statutory submissions.
Facility & Asset Management:
Manage and allocate employee assets such as SIM cards, laptops, uniforms, access cards, and email IDs.
SOP Drafting & Template Creation:
Develop and maintain templates, forms, and drafts for employee protocols and HR communications.
Grievance Handling:
Address and resolve employee grievances and handle job-related queries professionally.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HRMS systems, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is preferred.
