Manage end to end recruitment process for candidates from sourcing to offer.
Hands-on sourcing experience through multiple channels/platforms.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirements.
Identify Innovative/new sourcing channels/tools and build internal capability.
Regular Interaction with hiring managers to understand & identify staffing needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Evolve sourcing & recruiting strategy to effectively meet hiring needs
Proactively analyse recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues by tracking relevant KPIs like time to closure, average days to interview, offer, joining etc.
Maintaining MIS of candidate's database, Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly recruitment report.
