• Able to think out of the box, and work apart from the traditional Recruitment process.
• Willing to work outside the office and create contacts.
• He/she should travel at times to company branches or rural areas to conduct recruitment drives
• Capable to build connections and network
• Flexible to adapt to new methods of recruitment as suggested by the Company
• All the vacancies must be filled within the mentioned time.
• Company criteria must be strictly followed while recruiting.
• End to End process of Recruitment has to be handled.
• Shortlisting, and arranging interviews with concerned department heads, collecting feedback,

document verification, background Verification-Pushing the complete file to HRM to release the
offer.
