Required Education: MBA in HR(Mandatory)
Year of Passing: Only 2020 and 2021 passed out candidates will be considered.
Requirement
- Interview process management of entire recruitment cycle including applicant screening, preliminary interviews, soft skill interviews, technical tests, co-ordination of subsequent interviews.
- Monitoring formalities till joining - conducting interviews.
- Preparing and distributing required reports and communications to designated members of management.
- Sourcing candidates in most cost effective manner.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports as needed.
- Responsible for the administrative functions within the department.
- Proofread HR related documents regarding new hiring.
- Contribute to the development/maintenance of HR information systems.
