Job Description

Create a viable recruiting plan.
Post job openings on career-oriented social networking sites like LinkedIn, online job boards, and other consultancies for high-profile positions.
Scheduling interviews as per availability.
Initiate the Salary Benchmarking process for the selected candidates.
Close all job requisitions Effectively and Efficiently.
Coordinate with the Onboarding team to ensure the smooth joining of the candidate.
Maintain trackers for all the sourced/selected candidates, manage Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management.
Keeps track of new hiring, transfers, terminations, changes to job classifications, and merit raises while also keeping track of personal, sick, and vacation time.
Ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration.
Exceptional ability to manage stress and the capacity to make important decisions under duress. Listens intently and is pleasant, understanding, and sympathetic.
Constantly inform staff members on firm policies, and maintain employee records.
Plan and oversee work activities for managers and staff.

Encourage a friendly, open workplace where staff members feel free to voice concerns.
Manage employees grievances, manage and oversee other HR workers, making sure they are given the right responsibilities to perform, and supervise them.


Requirements:

Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Communication & Interpersonal - Good communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the client and team members.
Proven working experience in recruiting.
Deep understanding of recruitment processes with sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Expertise with candidate databases, recruiting tools, and application tracking systems (ATS). 
Thorough understanding of candidate selection techniques.
Prior knowledge of tools and techniques for sourcing candidates.
Exceptional expertise in the relevant field (market status, trends, best practices).
Client focus, along with relationship-building skills.
Business acumen and market insight.
Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills Integrity and confidentiality.
Proficient with the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, and other HR software packages.
Able to plan and oversee the work of managers and staff.
Regularly meet with employees to discuss any issues or complaints they may have as well as to review and evaluate their progress.
Encourage a friendly, open workplace where staff members feel free to voice concerns.
Handle employee complaints, manage and oversee other HR personnel, making sure they are given the right responsibilities to perform, and supervise them.
Positive attitude, Honest, ethical, dependable, Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with good knowledge of English
Expert in English Speaking
Good knowledge of Computer with MS Office
Good understanding of HRMS software like Zoho or any other equivalent software
