Job Description
Managing HR processes, record-keeping, preparing payroll, legal compliances of PF/ESIC/ PTax. Manage the recruitment process Update and maintain employee records Provide general administrative support Manage employees onboarding & exit activities. Accounting: Receiving Bills from Vendors entering into the system Resolve accounting discrepancies Preparation of various reports and tracking the same Experience in QuickBooks/Tally is an advantage. Skills The candidate must have excellent Oral & written communication skills. Having good working knowledge in MS office Expert in Advance excel
