An HR coordinator is a professional who executes all administrative and sales duties of an organization. HR coordinators should have strong problem solving and decision making skills with deep understanding of employee relationship, staffing management and payroll.
Responsibilities :
A) To assist with all internal and external HR and sales enquiries.
B) Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
C) To coordinate sales training, seminars, perform orientation and to develop their own sales field.
D) To guide their respective field teams in achieving revenue growth and business targets.
E) To work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience :
i) A Master degree in Human Resource or related field.
ii) At least 2 years of experience as HR coordinator.
Remuneration – Rs 8,000 to 25,000 per month.
